INSURANCE
We highly recommended that tenants take out content’s insurance in case of theft or damage. Landlord’s building insurance does not cover a tenant’s belongings.

 

MAINTENANCE
All maintenance issues must be reported to our office in a timely fashion. Non-urgent maintenance must be submitted in writing using the “Maintenance Request Form” and emailed to rent@evokeproperty.com.au. Any urgent maintenance should be reported to a property manager immediately.

LOCKOUT
In the event that a tenant becomes locked out of their property during business hours (Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00) they are to contact their property manager. If the lockout occurs outside of business hours Lock, Smith & Barrel are to be contacted on their 24/7 call out number – 0401 344 888 at the tenant’s expense.
